Salt and Light... and a Banana Split
The first way Jesus describes his followers is that we are to be like salt and light in the world. What does this mean? Salt and light are basic elements that are made by God. No one can live without them. Followers of the Jesus life have to make sure their salt is salty and their light is never hidden. Matthew 5:13-16 Since this is the kick-off service for our summer “Jesus Life” Home Teams, we will finish each service with our new Home Team Coaches building a crowd-size Banana Split!
