Who Do You W.O.R.K For?
From Series: "Labor Day 2016"
Welcome Prosperity into Your Life "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. ~ Matthew 7:7-8 (NIV) You can’t help becoming what you can’t stop thinking about. "Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? 11 If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! ~ Matthew 7:9-11 (NIV) If You DON’T Welcome Godly Prosperity into your Life… Satan (The Accuser) Will welcome Failure and Lies and a False Future into your Life… Overcome Obstacles of Character. The Story of Daniel (Daniel. Chapter 1) Instead of pushing for success, eliminate paths to failure. Don’t let your success take you where your character can’t keep you. No matter how high you climb, you will always eventually fall back down to the level of your Character. Re-Invent Yourself. The Story of the Apostle Paul (Acts Chapter 9) If you always do what you’ve always done, You’ll always be where you’ve always been. Keep your focus on Jesus. Servants, respectfully obey your earthly masters but always with an eye to obeying the real master, Christ. Don’t just do what you have to do to get by, but work heartily, as Christ’s servants doing what God wants you to do. And work with a smile on your face, always keeping in mind that no matter who happens to be giving the orders, you’re really serving God. Good work will get you good pay from the Master... ~ Ephesians 6:5-8 (Msg) Who Do You W.O.R.K. For? I Work For ______________ Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. ~ Hebrews 12:2, 3 (NIV)
